Maximilien de Robespierre

BEHOLD! My first OFFICIAL piece of artwork since I got my drawing tablet for Christmas! Took me a whole week and two days to do this one picture... but hey, I'm new to this style. This picture is loosely based off of the existing painting here Link but I obviously couldn't get it perfect because I am new to this and it was my first attempt at this style. Though I feel it was a good attempt at least. I'm quite proud of it anyway...  

I have a strange obsession for this man at the moment. Everything he did for the French Revolution interests me. And yes... I do think he's kinda cute... hell, what can I say? I love 18th century men because... THE WIGS! Hehe  I do intend to do many other revolutionary figures shortly. Georges Couthon is next on my list, since he's my second favourite revolutionary figure. I'm even gonna try and do Marie and Louis. Stay tuned for more French Rev stuff! I can now admit, I'm kinda obsessed with it all.
